She said she was from virin media knew my name and that my account was finishing this week. Told me my exact plan so I said I've been waiting for this day for so long! I want to cancel everything and just have bband. She didn't like that n started her speel again exact same script! I told her look I know yor job very well I was a manager at bt and was around when bband was very first rolled out! So stop with the speel how much for bband alone? She hung up!! I think they're just an outsourced sales team and I didn't want to buy so I was ignored! (live person)
