This was a robocall, that failed to connect after I answered. Previously they pretended to be Virgin Media and ask for private secure information, and when I asked them for information, so that they have to go through security check, they refuse. I tell them that they have my name and called me on my official registered number, so they can have a high degree of certainty that I am the right person, but they refuse any form of confirming their identity. I tried various simple questions like asking them to confirm the last 3 characters of my post code, but refused saying I had to give them that information. I asked them to send me an email to tell me what the call was about, or evn that they were going to call me, but they refused. (robocall / recorded message)
