Silent call. They call on my landline and also my mobile. I leave the calls to go to voicemail on both. The call goes through to my voice mail and leaves 2-3 seconds of silence as a message before cutting the line. They call one phone, then the other phone about 30 seconds later. I have phoned this number (from my landline prefixing the call with 141 to hide my number) and there is a recorded message saying that "the number is suspended due to actual or suspected fraudulent activity". In this case I suspect that the originator is spoofing the 02039914459 number. (silent call / hung up)
