Said they were 02. Said I was happy with current service and I didn't want to deal over tje phone with an incoming call. They said that was ok and rang off. May well be a scam. May be not, however I blocked the number. (robocall / recorded message)

Pretended to be a caller from O2 offering me a large discount on my mobile phone bills. I played along then challenged her to prove her authenticity, which she told me I could do by Googling her company name (how secure!). Eventually she shouted at me that I was wasting her time and she ended the call. (live person)
