Claimed they were a BT engineer and my internet was slow because too many people were using it and they would help me remove IP addresses if I ran a command on my computer to give them access. Kept passing me between an Indian sounding woman and a man who was her floor supervisor. Both claimed they were in London. They gave up when they realised I was stalling them by playing dumb and not following any instructions. Less time available to attempt to scam someone else! (live person)
