The person got frustrated because I only answered yes or no to their questions. I had read about these calls. I blocked the number but I just noticed that they haven't stopped calling. (live person)

Claro PR. They first asked for someone that does not live in my house, they then asked who it was and proceeded to offer me cable, internet and other services related to Claro PR (Puerto Rico). I told them I was at work and couldnt speak to them, they said they would call me back later. I blocked their number. The caller ID says that they are calling me from "Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico". Claro PR doesn't have offices there. The woman has a Dominican Republic accent. (live person)
