This was the Halifax Fraud Prevention Team checking transactions on my credit card were genuine. All they asked was my DOB to confirm it was me. They then ran through some charges on my card. I had to confirm it was me that made them. (live person)

Automated message claiming to be from Halifax about usage of a credit card. They had the wrong name so I assume it was a scam. They asked me to press different keys to 'prove my identity' - so I hung up. They rang at least 6 times in 2 hours, so I blocked them. (robocall / recorded message)
