They introduce them as it department. At first i wanted to scambait them but it was an Indian accent who suddenly changed to a uk accent (robocall / recorded message)

This organisation repeatedly calls me up and their staff pretend to be from some large IT Company. The Sought of Company that never cold calls people as we all know how to find these companies via the web. I have no idea what this organisation is trying to achieve, however since their staff blatantly lie to me within the 1st few words they say to me, I would avoid them at all costs. (live person)
