I answered this number. I said nothing and heard a man breathing on the other line for 15 seconds. I think theyre trying to get you to speak firat to record your voice for an Ai fraud. After i hung up and blocked, I started getting lots of scam calls from different numbers at all hours. Do not pick up! (silent call / hung up)

Call received on my mobile....which is unusual because I don't have many contacts or use it a great deal. Heavy foreign accent calling about "Your recent accident" and fishing for information, sounded and felt dodgy somehow, I told him so .... and rang off. They play on folks innate politeness to maintain contact. (live person)
