The call is made from London advising they are "The blockchain Company" and you have to note that your blockchain exchange is blocked but their colleagues from Berlin will help you to get your bitcoins or whatever they think to tell you in that moment. When you will receive this kind of calls one time, you will receive more with other numbers (but ever from London) in a near future. It's too heavy. Curiosily I'm in Spain and the messages are in spanish. If you hold on and you get to contact with them (I did it one time to other number), be aware you must not give personal info to them, it is a scam (repeat it to yourself :D) Cheers!
