A lady with a very strong accent I could barely understand started talking about my mobile phone provider and how she could offer me a 20% discount on my bill, after that I said I was sure she was a very nice lady but I could not understand her and I disconnected the call. Seconds later another lady called me and said was I aware my mobile phone provider had merged with another one and she could offer me a 20% discount and asked for my email address. I said if she was from my mobile phone provider she would have my email address so please email me, she did her utmost to get my details but I insisted she should email me and disconnected the call. this was around 2pm UK time today 22nd April 2024 (live person)
