I didn’t make the connection between the calls stopping and my deactivating my LinkedIn profile. It started again now, two days after I reactivated my LinkedIn profile. They call from different places (Netherlands, Hong Kong, Portugal) Knowing my name, they ask about the number of employees, financial condition, cryptocurrencies, willingness to invest, my age. I gave a fake to find out what it was about. Very insistent, they can call several times in one day. It's always a person with an Indian accent named David, Bob, Kevin... When I resigned and said I didn't want to give information, invest, spend more time, the guy got aggressive. In my opinion, this is some scam for data phishing, ground research for ransomware. Blocking won't help as they call from different numbers. (live person)

From 24/7 news or something similar, doing a survey on the financial state after covid and war in Ukraine. Wanted to talk to CEO, knew my full name. Asked how many staff we have, my age, who makes financial decisions in my household, and if I have invested recently in bitcoin etc. Very pushy when I refused to give answers and I ended up having to hang up while she was still speaking. These people keep calling from various numbers (UK, Brussels, Greece). They pretend to be 24/7 Global News, then they start asking questions about my company and then flog investment offer or something. They are annoying as hell. I work in international environment and can´t ignore calls coming from abroad. Block them and hope they won´t call you 5 minutes later from the Venus or something… (live person)

That call me and tell me that they are calling from 24/7 Global News and do some survey. When asked how did they get my number they said that they use the informations that are available in yellow pages. That is right! But when they started to ask the questions about my role in the company etc I declined to answer the question so at the final they hung up.. It is a scam!!! (live person)

I have been called by those guys several times and told them to stop calling. Despite of that they are now calling from another number from Belgium trying to sell investments (+32 2 808 25 01).
