I did not actually take the call as there are only 2 people in the UK I talk to and neither of them have this number. They are quite persistent and have called me 3 times. I have now blocked the number and hope they get the message (robocall / recorded message)

After reading the previous comments. I apparently submitted a request for a quote for expat medical insurance. I'm sure one of their reps called me. It's a UK number, so I'm not interested and did not actually answer the call. Do to a high level of crime in Ecuador, I don't answer calls that seem suspicious. (robocall / recorded message)

I apparently submitted a request for a quote for expat medical insurance (I'm moving overseas). One of their reps called me.......at 11:00pm when I was asleep! When people at a company can't figure out that the " +1 " in front of a phone number means it's in the US and not the UK, they're likely not one I'd want to do business with. (live person)
