From Amex fraud department and there's fraudulent transaction from a city I don't live in. That they've put a block on my card. They need to notify my other banking partners. They then give you a code and say that your bank fraud department will call you and give you this code so you know that you can trust them. You then get a call from this number +443452462770 saying that they've been made aware of fraud on your Amex and they've checked your account and someone is trying to set up direct debits on. Your account and then ask you to put your card details into the keypad. That's when I decided to call the bank to see if I did have any calls from them. I felt really pressured and scared. Call thee number on your bank card it's the safest. (robocall / recorded message)
