This is an outsourced company working for EDF re smart meters. If you try and call the number back it says the number has been blocked due to violation of terms of use. I have reported this directly to EDF and also advised this company when they called back. The caller claims to be from EDF, until you question them and ask them if they are a company working for EDF and then they admit they are not EDF but the outsourced company (robocall / recorded message)

I am sick to the back teeth with EDF trying to contact me regarding, I assume, smart meter - I have blocked this number but still getting through to 1571 - I will contact them when I am ready - I have enough to cope with at present with family illnesses etc so wish they would leave me alone (robocall / recorded message)

Edf smart meter fitting. Calling me 2 to 3 times daily, on home phone and mobile. I finally gave in and agreed to meter, but they never turned up to fit it. Now constantly calling me again. Fed up with this (robocall / recorded message)
