Introduced as Scottish Power twice today. Asked me to clear security. I pointed out they had called me so I asked for their security! They asked for my name and address I pointed out if they were Scottish Power they would have that. As I have by coincidence today had a long call with Scottish Power I was suspicious about this call from the start. The lady could not deal with my challenges and terminated the call (robocall / recorded message)
