They call two or three times a week, however, today they phoned twice. I never answer a call I can not identify and allow it to go to answer phone. They normally just hang up but the last attempted call did hang on after the message and I could clearly his breathing before he hung up. (silent call / hung up)

She said she was from eonext, did I want a smart meter, I said no, I asked if she could pull up my account to query a bill but she said she couldn't, I find that very strange, I was supposed to be talking to my energy company, at this point I suspected something not right so hung up (robocall / recorded message)
