In Malta, I was called by this number, claiming they were from "247 Global News" or some nonsence like that, and they wanted to conduct a survey. Obvious scam, but I did not waste my time trying to figure out how the hook works. They did not say where they got my number from, and my finances are my business. "We're a news company that covers the war in Ukraine" - HAHHA FU! (live person)
