Said they were from Pay Pal and that they wanted to protect me from a transaction in California asked if i had purchased anything from there. they had tried to get into my PayPal and must have requested a code be sent to my Email. He desperately tried to get me to tell him the code number. with this number he would have been able to log into my PayPal and change the password thereby giving him access to my bank account. (robocall / recorded message)
