It was an automated call to advise that my services of Amazon Prime will be renewed for $99 .95 and then press 1 to if you would like to cancel. I proceeded and then spoke with a lady claiming she is a level 2 technician (even though the line is so distorted and sounded like she is from overseas at a busy call centre) and is trying to help me to secure a line so she asked me to download an app called any desk on my Android device and then she ask me to confirm my ID. I then said good try and hung up. (live person)
