Pretend to call from NCR and advise on overcharging on installments. Have all my details to the last cent. Told me they can save money on my installments. Without agreeing or submitting anything on that call I later received messages of debt review application being successful. No struggling to get them to remove this nonsense. Highly frustrated as I now have had a huge debt debit order going through my account, not sure how they got it right but I tried stopping it but it's blocked and can't be stopped. None of my installments is paid so not sure what is happening. Please help or advise. (live person)

They advised that the call comes from the NCR (national credit regulator) and that they can save me money from being overcharged on loans by my bank. Caller even thanked me for not being rude to him (live person)
