Didn't answer, but tried calling back from a landline and the service in unavailable. So it's some call centre scam in my opinion. If people were honest they would be calling you from a number you can call them back on so that you can confirm first that it's not a scam call. in this day and age you would think companies would know this (robocall / recorded message)
