That is actually my phone number, However I rarely make any calls from the number, I only use it when I am suspicious of who I am calling. The phone is actually a bait phone, used only to torture telemarketers, which if my hobby. Because of that, sometimes the telemarketing criminals spoof my number in their caller ID, hoping to cause me problems. However, it doesn't cause me any problems. The number usually gets between 30 to 50 telemarketing calls every day. But I only answer to amuse myself playing games with them. And the rest of the time they are answered by robots designed to waste their time. It's been used for that for about 8 years now. So feel free to block it. I wont be calling you from it.
