Started with a Robocall, I pressed the "anykey" to speak to a representative. A man came on and said he worked for ...... Ross and associates and was a litigation firm. He asked me if I had received a call or I called them. I said you called me. I asked what he wanted, he said my name, and social security number, residential address and more. Said I owed for a loan from 2015. I am sure this was paid. I asked him to email me the information. He refused and said he already told me what it was about. I explained I wanted to verify who he was and what company he worked for. He got really rude and disrespectful. Asking me whether I was going to pay or not. I asked him what company he was with again because I could not understand what (robocall / recorded message)

He answered by giving his name with I couldn't understand and said that he was contacting someone that has a name that is somewhat close to mine and said he was a debt collector and I needed to call him. I have gotten this call in the past and finally did contact someone who apologized and said that my number would be deleted from record. This was last year and now it's starting again. I've received 3 calls and I called the number where the call originated from and he demanded my name and refused to give it to him. He then became rude and told me to answer the call and tell them they have the wrong person. I'm hoping I finally blocked them for good. This is definitely some kind of scam. Said I was being sued for bank fraud, had all my info, claims my county has a docket # and was extremely rude, over spoke me, no mini miranda read. Called before on April 19, 2023. A robo called from a Mr. James Steel (or is it steal - like steal your money in a scam call) - anyway he had made numerous attempts to "serve me" cause he needed my signature. Sorry all - real court processors never call you, don't require your signature, and don't threaten you with a lawsuit if they don't serve you. They will just leave the papers on your home address taped to your door on their second or third attempt. They don't have to talk to you either. (robocall / recorded message)

I had an automated call from this number saying they have documentation that needs my signature or they will be sent back to the issuer unsigned. It stated I could press any key to be connected with someone. A rude guy came on the line and basically told me if I didn’t pay a loan I received via internet I would be prosecuted, however I never received or applied for a loan online. I was a little nervous at because he gave me all of my personal information so I honestly thought it was until he started being very disrespectful and advised that I stopped calling him when I tried to get more information.
