Caller says he’s partnering with wifes’ health care provider to “discuss additional services available at no cost to you.” Call back to this number which was totally different from call number. Something smells here. Wife has never received notice of a partner organization/company. Blocked call. (robocall / recorded message)

I have a Medicare Advantage plan with Carefirst. I was told that someone would be contacting me regarding additional services from some other entity to help me manage my health concerns. A colleague told me she answered the call and gave them her information but found the whole process wasn't worth the hassle. I'm managing my own health care just fine, so not interested. They still keep calling. (live person)

I received a call from this number this morning, but since it only showed the phone number, and it wasn't one that I recognised so I didn't answer. They left a message but there was a very long silence before someone said that the call was for me and they were associated with Carefirst and he wanted to offer something supposedly free. I deleted the message, and did not call back. (live person)

The man said he was from Clearways which has partnered with CareFirst. He told me his name--sounded like an Asian one--maybe Vietnamese? The caller was polite and spoke perfect English. When he wanted to verify my information "before getting started", I felt very uncomfortable and ended the call, as I have not received notification from CareFirst that it is partnering with another company. (robocall / recorded message)
