She said her name was tanya jefferson amd asked for parent of my child. Then said her name and wamted DOB. I said I dont give that when ppl call me. She sounded understanding and gave me this numver to call back. Of coarse i googled it and it was a scam. A very good scam She wanted a well check info. Beware. Dont give info out when they call you! Live person called with my sons name and tried to verify some health info. I asked where he was calling from he said united healthcare and I gave him my address, my mistake. then he said he was trying to contact our clinic. as he tried to do that I googled the number and found out it was a scam and hung up. (live person)

I recieved a call that I did not answer. There was a voicemail left stating the were calling from United Health Care regarding my son's health (they knew his full name) and they said to return the call as they were calling from Health Plan of Nevada (which is part of United Health). The voicemail was left by an American. I returned the call and it didn't mention anything other than dialing 1 to get to a rep but nothing about wanting you to verify any plan info over the phone like if you called you're insurance directly. It randomly prompted you to type in the number they said... 45... (probably the extention to an available employee) After that it went DIRECTLY to said representative and an Indian woman answered w/ just "Hello?" 🤣 (live person)
