Recorded message. This number came at the same time I received notification of a car insurance total payoff (legitimate) from my insurance company. Somehow, some one knew from this number that I was due to receive a payout. Doubtless, the entity would have asked me to confirm an account number. This very much seems a scam. Most weird call that I ever received. The left a voice mail that said, "6 6". Voice is automated. I called the number back and the robot voice said, "Please let us know if we can help you with your development." The area code 855 is a toll free number not tied to any location.
