Debt collectors demanding money but wouldnt provide specifics. Provided person and place but never got a bill from the place. Always investigate before giving out any credit card information. I decided to call the facility. Why the heck did we never get a bill! (live person)

She would not say when I inquired to the nature of the call she stated it was financial matter. My mother is ill and I told the lady I had POW and she still would not say so I told her to send it in the mail she said OK and hung up. (robocall / recorded message)
