Received call from this number ... Vehicle Protection, factory warranty expired on my car. I DO NOT have a factory warranty on my car!! Now I received a letter with the same bullshit...it's a SCAM 100%. I keep receiving letters from them stating I need to reply a.s.a.p. My name and year/model of my car are incorrect so I think it's safe to assume this is a scam. I already called them twice to be taken off their mailing list, which they said would be taken care of. We'll see. (robocall / recorded message)

I too received a letter in the mail (someone's paying postage to do this?) ostensibly from CarShield asking for my immediate response. I was told to call this phone number regarding a vehicle service contract for my 2013 Toyota Scion. I have never owned a Toyota so, yes, it was clear it was a scam. (robocall / recorded message)

Got a letter "Response to this notice requested." supposedly from Car Shield regarding my vehicle service contract. It's for a 2017 Ford. (My car is a much older Mazda). It's regarding that I've not called them to have my vehicle service contract activated. Oh well. What a scam!! Or attempted scam. It wasn't believable. Of course this number is the one I'm supposed to call (robocall / recorded message)
