Live person, calling to collect money for a scholarship fund for Massachusetts Police Officers. Person tried to sound like a police officer (very official) to intimidate you into donating, he was not a police officer. I did some research on these companies a couple years ago. They are a for profit organization, the CEO, or founder usually make $250 k and up. The "scholarship" is usually just a few thousand dollars. SCAM! (robocall / recorded message)
