I was waiting for a package to be delivered and all I got was a caller ID on my home phone from 604-800-6211 at around 2 pm yesterday. There was no message or anything to this matter. All the driver had to do is get out of his/her truck and on the right hand side there was an enterphone. They just had to look up my name and dial that number and I would have buzzed them into the complex. Now a message on my tracking number says that there was a failed delivery attempt and the package is being returned to the seller. There is no way to leave a message on this number 604-800-2611 and all you get is a recorded message and then it disconnects. (live person)
