They wanted a donation for the Police and State Highway Troopers. Had specific amounts for me to choose from and wanted my money right now on the phone. He had trouble hearing me or understanding me and even though I initially agreed to one amount he came back with a lower offer. Seemed illegitimate to me and I eventually said no and hung up.
