Not sure how these guys haven't been caught yet. They are pretending to be a utility company. NOT Enbridge, but a literal scam. They call from the same number every time (519-419-5458). Hopefully something will be done about these clowns and they'll be in prison soon. (robocall / recorded message)

Some idiot mumbled some unintelligible nonsense. I asked him who he was and why he was calling. He mumbled some more nonsense than hung up. These phone scammers are getting dumber by the day. (live person)
