This number 14696388128 pops up on a cyber scam claiming to be Microsoft, says your computer is locked because of a security threat, looping message will say that you area victim of identity theft and someone used your IP address to access fraudulent websites. This is NOT Microsoft, your computer is not really locked, do not click on ANY of their images links. You simply have to exit full screen mode and close the tab that has this alert everything will go to normal use. (live person)
