They called, did not leave message. I called from burner number, and was told they were Kingsport Fire Fighters Association but would not tell me what telemarketing company they worked for. That is not the business number listed for KFFA on internet. When asked where they got my number, was told they were calling all 423 area code numbers. As I was telling them to cease and desist calling they rudely hung up on me. I have reported number to TN PSC. (live person)

Matthew called from Kingsport Fire Department, selling tickets to a benefit concert in May. After hearing his pitch, I asked if this was a good number I could call him back on, because I wasn’t sure I would be in town. He literally hung up on me! I can’t imagine this is a beneficial tactic when selling tickets to benefit children. Now, I’ll definitely not be purchasing tickets. Matthew needs to sharpen his phone etiquette. (live person)
