Claiming to be debt collectors, for running a red light in Toronto, on a date that I was not in Toronto. Claiming that I owe $400. It’s a complete scam. Do not give them any information. (live person)

They introduced as if they are calling from City of Toronto. Hang up when I declined to verify my address. Blocked them!! Keep calling every day twice a day. Left a message as a debt collector after 6th call. Quite aggressive and annoying!!! DO NOT ANSWER their call or give any information!!! They are scammers! I don't have any debt!
