Somebody named Alex wants to charge me $1,500 for support service which I never had and don't want. He can't tell me the name of the company apparently because he hasn't told me that. And he doesn't want to listen to anything I have to say. He is very annoying. He keeps saying you listen to me you listen to me (live person)
