1st you get a robo call, RACHEL, she asks if you have medicare part a & b your age. 2nd you get a live person, STEVE, who asks age, birthdate, address and what type of medicare you have. 3rd if you pass 2nd person, you get to go to the REAL CERTIFIED MEDICARE SPECIALIST, ALAN from ONE DIGITAL (bahaha) who proceeds to get friendly with you about his life events to try and connect with you. Alan asks your age, birthdate and zip code. He also wants to know your medicare number so he can help look up your benefits. I told Alan I could not find my card, as I am scamming them to see why they call me AT LEAST 9 TIMES A DAY, then he asks for my social to look up benefits. I said yes, 434-FUCK YOU. Then Alan tells me I am a little BITCH. (robocall / recorded message)
