Very odd call, no doubt scammers, if they do attempt to 'serve me' with fake papers I am taking a picture of the 'server' and his/her license plate and reporting to police. Be aware, these are scammers 'vishing' for info. (live person)

The person called my father's cell phone and left an 866 number for me to call. I called the 866 number and a live agent told me I owed thousands of dollars on a credit card to a bank I've never done business with and that they want to send me documents to sign for a court hearing. I explained they had the wrong person and that now I've been made aware that I'm a victim of identity theft. She said I'll have to take it up with the court. I shared a few expletives with her and hung up and blocked the number. Now I'm waiting to see what comes in the mail as they continue to harass me. (robocall / recorded message)
