I answered because I am waiting for an important call about my child's wellbeing. I explained I needed to call back due to driving she told me it will take only 10 minutes. I said unless you're going to pay my ticket I need to be called back as I was driving and proceeded to ream me out for answering in the first place when i stated j was Waiting. For. A. Call. About. My. Child's. Life. I'll let my capital one go to someone else or pay off collections before I talk to that rude b again. (live person)
