This is Singing River Hospital in Ocean Springs MS. This is the billing dept. They call me and put me on hold waiting for their representative to pick up. I called them back and someone picked up the call after about 5 min. She said I owe them money, and I do. I said yes, I have received emails saying they are going to mail a bill and they NEVER do. She said yes we did mail it, I said when? She gave me 3 dates 30 days apart. They did not mail it. I open all mail even if I'm 99% sure it is junk. The Post Office isn't going to mess up 3 times from the same company. I told her I will not pay over the phone and I will not go to their website, just mail me a bill and I'll pay it. Singing River Hospital is in shambles. They don' (live person)
