FYI, I believe this number to be a call center gateway number. Calls from anywhere can be routed through it if the caller is paying for such a service. That, by definition, does hide the true caller ID, but that has no bearing on whether or not the incoming call is spam or a robocall versus a legitimate call. I did receive a call from this number today, and it was flagged as a spam risk when it came in. It was not answered, but the caller left a voicemail message with their real contact info. In my case, this was a legitimate call from off-shore AT&T mobile support and was a follow-up call after a call that I initiated got accidentally disconnected. (live person)
