They didn’t they just said you have a debt we have to collect your info before we can go ahead. I refused and they said the debt was apple and they took the money from my bank. So when I said I’ll just call this I was upset about who has my info. Ever since I answered a call for my superannuation and gave details. Don’t give these ppl anything they are just crumbs/grubs.
