Missed call from this number & accidently called them back. Person stated they were PayPal for which I hung up. PayPal AU only send messages via their App. Their Au contact is a 1800 number. They also left an automated message on my voicemail which stated a sum of $299.99 was being debited from my account and to press 1 if I want to stop it etc. Blocked number & also called PayPal AU call centre on 1800073263 to report possible Scam - which they confirmed the number calling from is NOT a genuine PayPal contact. As always may these horrible thieves get hit by the karma bus! (live person)
