Amanda from CBA securities said she was calling from the CBA advising me that a transaction from my CBA account to a Peter Williams in the US of $499 has been identified as somethign that may not have been authorised. She then went on to ask what devices I used to log onto my account and what the IP address of each is. I asked for a reference number so I could go to CBA and discuss it further with them in the branch and she got very agressive. I told her since she was CBA securities she could cancel the transaction and I wasnt tellign her the IP address and she got super rude... I told her I would report her to the CBA and then told her I dont have a CBA account and hung up. (live person)
