I have recently moved my insurance from AAMI to another provider. It was AAMI (overseas call centre) following up my insurance payment and finding out if they could try and retain me as a customer. Noting sinister in the call at all. (live person)

They say it's AAMI. But took time to respond when I answered hello. She spoke in an accent sounded half-Aussie and asked if she was speaking to (my name), when I said yes, she hung up. Called number back and it purports on a recording to be AAMI Insurance. So I hung up. (robocall / recorded message)
