Introduced himself as representing O2 and wanted to know how much was my last broadband bill and other personal details (which a genuine caller should have known). I played along and wasted as much of his time as possible, e.g. telling him how glad I was about his call and could he send someone round to check my router, before asking him about the weather... (live person)
