Definitely a SCAM. No bank would try to convince you that "they have the software to up your credit limit right now. let's confirm your account details" . word of advice, NEVER SAY "YES" say un-hun, perhaps, keep your mouth closed and hum an mmhhmm. once they have a clear "YES " on recording, they can slap it into a fraudulent contract anywhere they want.
