I got a call from this number saying I was the 2nd place winner of a publisher clearing house, walmart, wheel of fortune winner of a lump sum of $18,500,000 and weekly payments of $10000. I knew this is not true but called and played along anyway. They wanted 1% up front which would have been $185000. but I asked how much did the 1% come to and was quoted $500. This is a scam. First of all there is not a combined sweepstakes between Publishers Clearing House, Walmart and the Wheel of Fortune, 2nd I never entered a sweepstakes like that. They asked if I wanted a public or private presentation of the money...what? Dont fall for it. If I won a sweepstakes, I cant imagine paying money to get the winnings.
