Claimed to be a debt collector for Capitol One. My outstanding balance had been turned over for collection. If I made a payment it would delay further proceedings. I don't have a credit card or any accounts with Capital One. I took it personally when he said stop lying. Hard push for bank account info. (robocall / recorded message)
